100% recommend (worth the read)If you want genuine people who don't just treat you like another pocket book, look no further.I have known Eric and Tara (buisness owners) for several years. Eric replaced my well booster pump within a couple hours after the hard freeze back in 2021. They've also come out a few times since then.More recently, they came out for troubleshooting. Come to find out, our system wasn't in the best shape. Nick, Brenden, Mark, and Kyle were really great. A couple of them even worked until 10:30 one night trying to complete the work (it was a huge project). Eric ended up offering to come out on the weekend to make sure it got done. He spent (pretty much) his entire Saturday trying to get the system perfect. By the time he left, we had a completely brand new working system. I can't thank these guys (and gal) enough for all of their help. We won't use anyone else. They're genuine people who treat you like a human being.

Brendan was the absolute best!! He did such a great job and everyone I talked to from the company was very helpful and kind. He added a loop for us not knowing exactly where the water might be coming in and he was just as relieved as we were that our manifold was somewhere accessible. I was desperate, water everywhere. Called Eric's plumbing first thing in the morning, they were there within a hour. Took care of everything. I've used Eric's plumbing before, they have a annual fee for services if you sign up. It's nice to know you have someone when you need them. Great people.

We are putting in new walk in shower for my Mother. She fell and shattered her wrist recently. Brendan was excellent at problem solving getting out 50 year old cast iron bath tub and replacing all the drains and pipe set up for new shower. He is very professional and sweet young man. Blake did a full re-pipe of my lake cabin, including drilling multiple holes through 12 inch thick rock walls! It was hard labor especially since my cabin is not air conditioned, but he was professional and friendly the whole time. I thought the project would take two days, but he managed to get it done in one, without cutting corners or rushing. I would definitely recommended them.

Had a bath room plumbing problem and called Eric’s plumbing. To my surprise Cara was able to get service guys out to fix issues that day! Brendan and Wade were as nice as Cara was and were very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. We went ahead and signed up for a yearly service agreement that was a great benefit to us. I would highly recommend Eric’s Plumbing Sertvices because of their professionalism, knowledge of plumbing and overall friendliness when working with them!!

1) Update - 6-12-24 Let me start with to be sure to call Eric’s Plumbing first for any plumbing need you have! Here’s why. My elderly father-in-law found puddles of water on his utility room floor and suspected leaky pipes were again the cause. Eric’s Plumbing sent out a courteous young plumber very quickly that afternoon. We stopped by just as he was wrapping up. After checking that the water pressure in the house was stable (i.e. no water leaks), the plumber discovered the cause of the utility room water puddles was that the deep freeze had died. Get this….the friendly and courteous Eric’s plumber said: “No charge” for the visit. That is amazing! Again, call Eric’s Plumbing first if you have any plumbing issues.2) Bravo! to the whole staff of Eric's Plumbing who came to the rescue of my elderly father-in-law who had a plumbing leak late on a weekend that quickly saturated parts of his living room rug and needed quick turn-off of all water to the house. First thing Monday morning, their staff re-arranged worker schedules to enable 2 plumbers, Blake and Zac, to come out before 11:00 am. They quickly identified the source of the leak in the wall and then fixed it at a very reasonable price. Both Blake and Zac were very cordial and helpful throughout their repair visit. Yay to Eric's Plumbing in Marble Falls, TX!

Great service! I discovered a soft spot in the sheetrock beneath the shower head and realized there was probably a leak in the wall. I called Eric’s Plumbing and although they were slammed, they were able to free up a plumber the very same day. Mark cut out a piece of sheetrock in the bedroom wall behind the shower, repaired the leak, and neatly replaced the sheetrock so that I needed only to spackle it up. He even swept up the sheetrock dust! He also ran a snake down a slow moving drain in the utility room and voila! I couldn’t be happier. Of course, I’ll need to rework the enitire shower to remediate mold, but he referred me to a company that would help with the insurance claim. Great service!

We had a plumbing emergency an hour before we were going to have 50+ children in our facility…no one else could send someone out on short notice and we were going to have to wait till the next day. 50+ kids… no bathroom… no good!!
