Calling a plumber can be scarey. Blake's professionalism and the admin staff's thorough and rapid response made recent drain repair not only easy but also not as expensive as it might have been with a company other than Eric's.

Our recent experience with Eric’s Plumbing was wonderful. I called them early one morning to schedule an appointment and Amy let me know that they could have someone out that same day. Within just a couple of hours Brendan and Zach arrived. They were both extremely professional and advised they could provide the needed service that day! They efficiently replaced twelve cutoff valves and gave me an estimate of other requested repairs. I scheduled follow up services for 9/13 and look forward to Brendan and Zach returning. Called on Eric’s Plumbing for an emergency back up in pipes on a Saturday. Eric was the only one that responded. Previous visits from another company resolved the issue but never diagnosed the source of the problem. Brendan came out and working hard in the heat to flush the lines and use the camera to diagnose the problem and now we have a plan. I feel I can trust this company and their workers to help and will continue to trust them in the future.

Can’t get much more or better service that Eric’s Plumbing. Brendan has been out 2 times. Once to inspect and give a quote and the next to make repairs. Most polite and thorough guy you will ever meet. He gave me options and 2 quotes and let me kind of choose ( in my case) what I wanted to do. The guy gets to work when he gets there and gets the job done professionally, timely And even gave me updates as he went along.Was on time for both appts and took pictures of what he was doing ( mine was under the house) so I could see and understand. I recommend Eric’s Plumbing to everyone. I chose them because I had an opportunity to visit and exchange info with the owners about 3 years ago. The owners left me with such good impression of their work ethics, that I made a note in my phone., who knew 3 years later I would need a plumber. I went straight to my phone contact and called Eric’s. Don’t think you will be dissappointed! Give them a call.

100% recommend (worth the read)If you want genuine people who don't just treat you like another pocket book, look no further.I have known Eric and Tara (buisness owners) for several years. Eric replaced my well booster pump within a couple hours after the hard freeze back in 2021. They've also come out a few times since then.More recently, they came out for troubleshooting. Come to find out, our system wasn't in the best shape. Nick, Brenden, Mark, and Kyle were really great. A couple of them even worked until 10:30 one night trying to complete the work (it was a huge project). Eric ended up offering to come out on the weekend to make sure it got done. He spent (pretty much) his entire Saturday trying to get the system perfect. By the time he left, we had a completely brand new working system. I can't thank these guys (and gal) enough for all of their help. We won't use anyone else. They're genuine people who treat you like a human being.

I called Eric’s Plumbing Services for some repair work under the kitchen sink. A young man by the name of Mark came out. He was very courteous and prompt in getting the work done. Mark was also very knowledgeable and pointed out some things to me. I’ve got some other issues I will be calling them out on in the near future. Great service! I discovered a soft spot in the sheetrock beneath the shower head and realized there was probably a leak in the wall. I called Eric’s Plumbing and although they were slammed, they were able to free up a plumber the very same day. Mark cut out a piece of sheetrock in the bedroom wall behind the shower, repaired the leak, and neatly replaced the sheetrock so that I needed only to spackle it up. He even swept up the sheetrock dust! He also ran a snake down a slow moving drain in the utility room and voila! I couldn’t be happier. Of course, I’ll need to rework the enitire shower to remediate mold, but he referred me to a company that would help with the insurance claim. Great service!

We had a plumbing emergency an hour before we were going to have 50+ children in our facility…no one else could send someone out on short notice and we were going to have to wait till the next day. 50+ kids… no bathroom… no good!!
