At about 5 AM I was awakened by the sound of running water. Apparently there was a pressure surge from water main repairs and the drain valve at the bottom our hot water heater (made of plastic) cracked. I have a home warranty company and the firm they assigned for the repairs said the earliest they could come out was next Tuesday. (today is Wed.) I got the name of Eric's Plumbing from 2 buddies and call them at about 9:40 AM. They had Nick here a little after 11AM today. He saw what needed to be done, got the appropriate parts and replaced the valve with brass instead of plastic. Very reasonable cost and Nick is a true professional. SO I can shower tonight instead of next week. Thank you Eric's Plumbing and Nick.

Mark was also very knowledgeable and pointed out some things to me. I’ve got some other issues I will be calling them out on in the near future. Great service! I discovered a soft spot in the sheetrock beneath the shower head and realized there was probably a leak in the wall. I called Eric’s Plumbing and although they were slammed, they were able to free up a plumber the very same day. Mark cut out a piece of sheetrock in the bedroom wall behind the shower, repaired the leak, and neatly replaced the sheetrock so that I needed only to spackle it up. He even swept up the sheetrock dust! He also ran a snake down a slow moving drain in the utility room and voila! I couldn’t be happier. Of course, I’ll need to rework the enitire shower to remediate mold, but he referred me to a company that would help with the insurance claim. Great service!

We had a plumbing emergency an hour before we were going to have 50+ children in our facility…no one else could send someone out on short notice and we were going to have to wait till the next day. 50+ kids… no bathroom… no good!!
