I had a very positive experience with Eric's Plumbing. I called them the morning after my hot water heater stopped working, and they assured me they'd work me in. At 5:30 p.m., two technicians, Mark and Nick, arrived to diagnose the problem. The hot water heater needed to be replaced and, by 8:30, Mark and Nick had obtained and installed a new hot water heater. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

So friendly and responsive. We had one of the “big name” plumbers out to our house to fix a floor drain that was backing up- they gave us two estimates that were outrageous to “fix” the issue. Decided to get a second opinion from Eric’s who found an alternative solution that was substantially less than the previous plumber. Highly recommend and will use again!

I called Eric’s Plumbing Services for some repair work under the kitchen sink. A young man by the name of Mark came out. He was very courteous and prompt in getting the work done. Mark was also very knowledgeable and pointed out some things to me. I’ve got some other issues I will be calling them out on in the near future. Great service! I discovered a soft spot in the sheetrock beneath the shower head and realized there was probably a leak in the wall. I called Eric’s Plumbing and although they were slammed, they were able to free up a plumber the very same day. Mark cut out a piece of sheetrock in the bedroom wall behind the shower, repaired the leak, and neatly replaced the sheetrock so that I needed only to spackle it up. He even swept up the sheetrock dust! He also ran a snake down a slow moving drain in the utility room and voila! I couldn’t be happier. Of course, I’ll need to rework the enitire shower to remediate mold, but he referred me to a company that would help with the insurance claim. Great service!

Would recommend to anyone. We had a plumbing emergency an hour before we were going to have 50+ children in our facility…no one else could send someone out on short notice and we were going to have to wait till the next day. 50+ kids… no bathroom… no good!!
